The following information is a description of QSM’s energy/water/jobs program and who would benefit by participating in it. An average household or business spends at least $400.00 a month on utility bills, groceries, consumer products and services, and entertainment. This is the market we are planning on reaching.
The following steps describe how QSM (Queen Sales & Marketing) would get started and have the potential to capture a significant share of the alternative energy market. You have nothing to lose by becoming part of Queen Sales and Marketing. 1.Success in Numbers: We first develop a support group from several surrounding communities within a county. Our goal is to encourage 100-500 supporters from each community to participate in QSM’s energy/jobs program. By using social media we can achieve our goal very quickly. We, as a group of at least 1500 supporters would have a greater chance to raise investment capital from investment and energy companies than if tried by a single individual. 1500 supporters/participants of QSM’s energy/jobs program would be like a investment group starting a $37,500,000 dollar company. That amount of investment capital could come in on a regular basis if each participant encouraged just one friend, co-worker, church member, or others a month to become part of QSM’s energy/jobs program .
2.Alternative Energy Companies: We encourage the support group to help contact (through emails, letters, and social media) several alternative energy companies that would benefit (increased sales and profits) by participating in our energy/water/jobs program. The opportunity of growth from the increasing number of supporters would be obtained from those companies whose employees would participate.
3. The Snowball Effect: When a group of confident, energetic, and excited people rally together at a meeting to support a cause, program, or an event, others will want to join in and become supporters because the effect is contagious. This would especially happen if we held meetings regularly for several months and have a video of the meetings shown on YouTube and other social media. A snowball effect would occur causing employees, friends, businesses, and relatives to come onboard and participate in QSM’s energy/water/jobs program.
4.Billion Dollar Energy Program: Because of the snowball effect, consumer confidence across the United States would develop, resulting in tens of thousands of participants coming together and thereby creating a billion dollar energy/water/jobs program.
5. Gift Card – Gift Certificate Program: Revenues earned from outside sources (on-line product program, by-products from alternative energy systems, and cash flow program) would be used as a competitive edge by offering discounts on products and services offered to QSM’s energy program participants.
6.Retail, Restaurants, Entertainment, and Service Businesses: After establishing a support group with various participating alternative energy companies, we then move to expand our support group by contacting independent small town businesses and struggling retail stores, restaurants, entertainment, and service businesses. These businesses would provide discounts and potential employee QSM participants. QSM would provide energy savings, gift cards to increase sales and profits, and community growth. QSM partners with investors and businesses who are interested in developing our community energy/solar projects resulting in a reduction of a businesses’ or community’s energy bill. QSM helps lowering a participants electric bill through energy credits that’s created from our community clean energy/solar projects. These credits are applied to an individual or business electric bill.
Participating businesses also receive gift cards (income from outside and by-product sources) to give to customers for participating in QSM’s energy/water/jobs program. Our program promotes clean energy, local economic development, and extra income for supporter-participants.
QSM’s program can be compared to a group of people (renters and investors) coming together and purchases an apartment complex with installed solar panels. The investors buy the income property and the tenants make the mortgage payments. Investors receive solar credits while both investors and tenants share in the profits.
Because there are no long-term leasing contracts, property ownership, or solar location requirements, our program enables more residential supporter-participants to become part of our game changing energy program. This also increases the alternative energy market to approximately 80% of potential clean energy customers throughout the United States instead of the current 30% percent of potential solar rooftops.
